Earth is in danger! An intergalactic prison break sends a group of alien criminals on a direct course for the third planet from the sun. A robotic police officer has been assigned to defend the planet, but is horribly injured in a battle with one of the most vicious extraterrestrials. Sadamitsu, leader of the dangerous Corpse Gang, witnesses the battle and decides to take up of the helm (literally) of the fallen policeman. He becomes a cybernetic warrior capable of taking on the alien convicts that threaten Earth, putting him on a crash course for a showdown with the powerful galactic gangster known as the Vulture.
