The elemental gods of the north and the demons of the south have returned to the earth once again to wage holy war. Kagura, a very troubled boy, seems to somehow be connected to the powerful elemental battles that take place on the city streets. Massive amounts of property damage ensue, and Kagura`s real connection to the elemental warriors is revealed.
